In the project's current configuration, form submissions are not saved in a WPForms database accessible from the site's admin panel.
However, this information may be contained in the email messages generated when a form is submitted and in the technical systems required for their transmission and receipt.
7. Shelf Life
Personal data is not retained for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
As part of this educational project, the data collected from the forms is intended to be used solely to simulate the booking request process.
They must be removed when they are no longer necessary for the operation or evaluation of the project.
